Beginning of a New Series
Until about 2019, Mike Price was primarily building luxury homes which became knows as our Signature Series. Mr. Price developed a good reputation in the community for high quality craftsmanship and won many home builder awards. After receiving several requests to build a more affordable home, Mr. Price felt it was time to design a new series of high quality homes which would be affordable to more people. This was the beginning of our Builder Series; High quality homes, constructed by the same craftsmen who've been building our Signature Homes for over a decade. Our Builder Series has become so popular, we can't build them fast enough!. We might be able to produce these homes quicker, but our mission is based more on quality than speed or quantity.

Our in-house staff along with our team of highly skilled craftsmen are passionate about our product. Most of our vendors and skilled workers have been with Mr. Price for well over a decade. Our team appreciates the high standards Mr. Price expects and are dedicated to delivering the best possible product to our customers. We stand behind our work and are committed to creating a positive home buying experience for our customers; Part of this experience is what happens after the sale. Some deficiencies are not found till after a Buyer moves in. Our same team of experts are available to handle the unexpected. Making Quality Affordable
Our Builder Series in not only built by the same craftsman as our Signature Series, but we include many of the same finishes.
We kept many same features and finishes like all brick siding with color accents, tray ceilings with 2 step crown moulding; 5-1/4" base mould; Delta plumbing fixtures; Porcelain wood look plank tile in all wet areas, dining room and foyer; All wood soft close cabinets with decorative crown moulding on top; Upgraded 3cm thick granite countertops with undermount sinks; Kitchen exhaust vents through the roof; Architectural Shingles and more.
Our cost reductions strategy was simply to eliminate whatever isn't absolutely necessary to construction. We adopted industry design standards for roof pitches, foundation and wall heights, bathroom surrounds, electrical trim out and others. In lieu of customer involved planning, all finishes and colors are pre-selected using popular time tested selections.
The bottom line is, we are committed to delivering a high-quality well built home to every customer. We use the best materials and equipment. We ensure our team is up-to-date with the latest Florida building codes, techniques and industry standards.
